Mbah moen wafat sesaat usai menunaikan salat Subuh di Rumah Sakit Ann Nur,
Makkah. Malam sebelumnya Mbah Moen masih sempat menerima tamu yaitu Duta Besar
Indonesia di Arab Saudi, Agus Miftah Abegebriel.
